Our Mission

SquirrelJumper's mission is to make your life more enjoyable. When you take out the trash there's no reason you should fear the squirrel. Just give us a call.

Company Profile

SquirrelJumper, unlike many web companies, provides a tangible service. "One call equals one squirrel," as we like to say around the office. We exist soley to "extract" the unwanted squirrel from your yard or neighborhood. We aren't about to start selling DVDs or optical networking. We recognize our expertise and aim to dominate this sector of the market.

About SquirrelJumper

We've been looking for investors for nearly three years now. But because we've been making a profit from day 1, we have the luxury of being picky. Our seed funding came from our founder's great grandfather. Josaia Berkintof had a vested interest in the business of squirrel extraction. Josaia was a corn farmer in Iowa and "he hated those little buggers." So when the opportunity to invest in SquirrelJumper arose he quickly tossed in the needed ten grand.

That's how it started and since then its just been a dream come true.

Business Model

The beauty of SquirrelJumper is the simplicity of the model. When someone calls us or fills in one of the web forms they agree to pay MORE for the extraction than it costs us to make the extraction. In other words every one of our Jumps is making us money. Let's say we send two Jumpers out to a site and they spend three hours extracting a squirrel. The total cost for us will be some nominal value. Then we ask the client to pay that nominal value PLUS an additional cost. We call this additional cost profit. That's the money that we can reinvest in our own company or it can be withdrawn by our shareholders.
